Oil Analysis and Fluid Testing

Regular oil analysis and fluid testing will allow us to catch system failures early on and prevent catastrophic failure from happening. The in depth oil testing will help detect a variety of different possible issues including but not limited to the following.

- Metal fragments contamination such as iron, lead, copper, aluminum and chrome.

- Silicon debris which can indicate dirt and soil entering the system.

- Sodium which can indicate potential water or coolant contamination.

- Viscosity levels being too low or too high.

- Oxidation.

- Soot build up from partially burned fuel.

Note: All oil samples are outsourced and not completed in house.
